Leah Aretz, Media Chair

Leah received her B.S in Conservation Studies from Marist College, which took her to Florence for 2 years where she worked on frescoes at Badia di Passignano. She also served as a tour guide at the Basilica of Santa Croce until the arrival of Covid interrupted her stay.  She previously held positions as a conservation technician at Flux Art Conservation and as a Collection Galleries Maintenance Technician at the Barnes Foundation. She is currently enjoying her first year as a graduate student at the Patricia H. and Richard E. Garman Art Conservation Department at SUNY Buffalo State University.

As Social Media Chair, Lu coordinates PACA's presence on Facebook and Instagram, helping to connect PACA members and others who are interested in conservation and preservation.
