The Philadelphia Area Conservation Association is a network of people dedicated to the conservation of cultural heritage. Our members include art conservators, preservation specialists, curators, librarians, archivists, and students at all levels. Most of our events take place in Philadelphia, Delaware, or New Jersey—and most of our members live in the region.
PACA offers four to six conservation-related events to its members and their guests each year, and admission is free or discounted for PACA members. Past events have included private gallery, garden, and cemetery tours; conservator-led project talks; tip sessions; film screenings; and conservation lab tours. Each year PACA hosts a general members' meeting and a fantastic holiday party. Thanks to the generosity of our members, previous attendees have had the chance to win free AIC meeting registrations or membership renewals.
PACA is run entirely by volunteers who serve on our Board of Directors. Want to get involved? Contact the PACA Board!
